Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days (weekends and holidays excepted). Certain Chinese Remedies may take an additional 2-3 days. We ship all our orders by U.S priority mail which usually takes 2-3 business days. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by e-mail with the expected shipping date. Ground shipping charges are as follows:

If items are back-ordered at the time your partial order is shipped, a second shipment will be sent to you at no additional shipping charge.

You may return any product you have purchased from us within 30 days after receipt of your order. You may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, however, we will refund both the shipping and handling and your return postage.
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in factory sealed container for refund.
All returns require authorization. Please call toll free 888-881-8203 or E-mail us at info@vitamin-resource.com for authorization. Shipping charges on all returns must be sent prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend that you insure the product(s) for their full value.
