Which Dosha Are You?

To find out which dosha you correspond to, print out and then complete the following questionnaire. Read each question carefully and place a check in the box of each quality that describes you. When deciding, keep in mind that this test is to understand the fundamental you, not the "occasional" you. At the end of the test, total the number of checks in each dosha. The dosha with the most check marks is your dosha. Do not be surprised if you have high marks in two doshas. This is common. Many people are Pitta-Vata or Vata-Pitta or any other combination of the doshas. It is more rare to be equal in all three doshas.
