Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days (weekends and holidays excepted). Certain Ayurvedic and Chinese Remedies may take a little longer. We ship all our orders by U.S priority mail which usually takes 2-3 business days. If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by e-mail with the expected shipping date. Shipping charges are as follows:

    •    Free shipping for orders over $100.00

The above flat rate shipping fee is for U.S. customers only. Other than the Hawaii, U.S. Territories and U.S. military bases, we do not ship outside of the U.S.
