Guarantee & Return Policy

You may return any product you have purchased from us within 30 days after receipt of your order. Please enclose in the package a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation of why you are returning it. Once we receive your returned order, we'll issue you a credit for the full invoiced amount minus shipping and handling.

Shipping charges on all returns must be sent prepaid. No collect shipments will be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend that you insure the product(s) for their full value.  If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will refund both the shipping and handling on your invoice plus your return postage.

Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in factory sealed container for refund.
